Hamburg, NY – The Hamburg Chamber of Commerce presents the next installment of the Leaders of WNY Speaker Series on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Ilio DiPaolo’s Restaurant in Blasdell, NY. Business leaders and community members are welcome to hear Erie County Legislator Dr. Kevin Hardwick’s discussion on the current political landscape and its affects in our region.
During this informative and enlightening conversation, you will understand how the decisions made at the National level affect your local business and community. Learn about what is changing by someone who specializes in the political environment of our country, state, and county. Dr Hardwick was elected to the Erie County legislature in 2009 and was re-elected in 2011, 2013, and 2015. He currently chairs the Government Affairs and Community Enrichment committees. He has been a significant part of the department of Political Science at Canisius College since 1989. He was once on the school board in the Susquehanna Valley Board of Education in the Binghamton area, councilman in the Town of Binghamton for eight years, was once Administrative Assistant to Majority Leader of the NYS Senate, Warren M. Anderson and had his own radio program on WBEN on local politics from 2005-2009.
