St. Francis Park is hosting a series of community events in October. These events are free and open to the public as well as residents of St. Francis Park.
Transitions of Care: The Changing Needs of Seniors
Wednesday, October 10, 2:00pm – 3:00pm
Often times seniors, or their children who help them, are faced with seemingly sudden decisions about care, housing options, and more. Join Beverly Kubala, RN, CCM, President, Geriatric Care Managers of WNY, LLC, for a free seminar on how to plan ahead for the unexpected, what you can do to make the best decisions as elder care needs change, and what resources are available for seniors. Tea in the Park
