November 14, 2019– West Seneca, NY. CPI Process Systems, (Valve Automation & Control Specialist), has selected Concept Construction Corp. to be their Construction Manager overseeing the complete construction of their new warehouse and administrative office space located at 2900 North America Drive, West Seneca NY. Having outgrown their existing space, this new facility is more suitable for their size needs and will make their operations more efficient. At nearly 12,000 sq. ft., approximately a 30% increase in overall size, the new facility will maximize their production efficiency while giving them the ability to accommodate future business growth.
The sitework has begun, the foundations are in and a spring 2020 completion is expected.
