HAMBURG, NY – Through a collaborative effort between Try-It Distributing, BlackBird Cider Works and the Erie County Agricultural Society, the inaugural Erie County Fair Summer Cider is being released for a limited time.
The Erie County Fair Summer Cider celebrates summer and the historic Erie County Fair with the tastes of cider and summer fruit. It is an apple cider infused with tart cherry and loganberry. This cider is being packaged in a beautifully decorated 12 oz can with a scene of the fair as a background that will be available at Tops Friendly Markets and other major retailers in the Buffalo area as well as the BlackBird Cider Works tasting room and The Buffalo Cider Hall. Kegs of the cider will also be available for bar and restaurant establishments.
“The employees at BlackBird Cider Works are proud of our new hard cider we have produced in collaboration with the Erie County Fair, “ said Scott Donovan, owner of BlackBird Cider Works.
BlackBird Cider Works has been producing high quality orchard based ciders in Niagara County since 2011. The orchards, production facility, and cider tasting room are located in Barker, NY.
